Description

We are seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager (PWD) to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients through virtual channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a basic understanding of financial products.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with clients through virtual communication channels.
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions based on clients needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Assist clients in understanding financial products and services offered by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
