Description

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in monitoring the condition of machinery and equipment, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular condition monitoring of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Analyze data from various sources to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute maintenance activities.
Prepare detailed reports on equipment condition and maintenance activities.
Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to assess equipment performance.
Train and mentor junior engineers on condition monitoring practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.
Proficient in vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasound techniques.
Strong understanding of machinery and equipment used in industrial settings.
Familiarity with condition monitoring software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
