Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Reliability Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and performance of our equipment, utilizing advanced engineering principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance of equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Monitor equipment performance data and provide insights for maintenance planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment operation and reliability.
Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff on reliability best practices.
Prepare and present reports on reliability metrics and improvement initiatives.
Manage maintenance projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
10-15 years of experience in maintenance engineering or reliability engineering.
Strong understanding of reliability principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and techniques.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
