Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager – Credit Card Department Company: Choice Connect Location: Jaipur Department: Credit Card Sales / Customer Service Job Summary: Choice Connect is hiring dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) for its Credit Card Department in Jaipur. The VRM will be responsible for virtually engaging customers, promoting credit card products, managing post-sale relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone, video calls, chat, and email to promote and sell credit cards. Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable credit card solutions. Actively follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries. Guide customers through the application process, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing. Build and manage customer portfolios with post-sale support and regular engagement. Meet monthly performance targets related to card issuance, activation, and usage. Clearly explain credit card features, charges, benefits, and terms. Ensure adherence to internal processes, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Finance, Business, or Marketing). 1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or customer relationship roles. Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Basic knowledge of financial products, particularly credit cards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Key Skills: Sales-oriented and self-motivated. Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in virtual communication (calls, video, chat, email). Excellent time management and follow-up discipline. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
