Job Description

🌟 HNI Service Team – Regional Language Specialist (3–6 Years Experience)  We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented HNI Service Team member to be the dedicated point of contact for our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong communication skills in regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu) and deep financial knowledge to build enduring relationships and drive significant revenue growth. Key Responsibilities  Dedicated Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for HNI clients, ensuring a premium and personalized service experience. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by providing superior service and support in the client’s preferred regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu). Business & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and executing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across a full suite of products, including equities, derivatives, Mutual Funds (MFs), and comprehensive wealth products. Generate a consistent pipeline of referrals from satisfied HNI clients and efficiently convert these leads into new business opportunities, directly contributing to AUM/revenue targets. Investment and Service Support: Handle client requests related to portfolio reviews, trading assistance, and coordination of investment advisory services. Ensure best-in-class client servicing standards are met, focusing on quick and effective resolution of all client escalations and service requests. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers, Sales teams, and Product teams to create tailored solutions and maximize the client’s overall wallet share. Requirements  Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in client servicing, wealth management, or broking, with a clear track record of meeting revenue or key performance indicator (KPI) targets (BFSI/Wealth Management/Broking background is strongly preferred). Language & Communication: Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are mandatory. Fluency (verbal and written) in at least one regional language from the following: Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is a must. Domain Knowledge: Sound and practical understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and diverse financial products (Equities, Derivatives, MFs, etc.). Behavioral Skills: Strong relationship management, networking ability, and an owner’s/result-oriented mindset with a sharp focus on revenue generation and client referrals. 📈 Performance Metrics (KPIs)  Revenue Contribution: Direct revenue generated from the managed HNI client portfolio. Referral Generation: Number of high-quality client referrals successfully generated. Client Satisfaction & Retention: Measured through formal feedback and overall client retention rate.
