DeployCrafts is Hiring for Blazel! Position: Virtual Assistant (VA) – LinkedIn Lead Engagement & Pre-Sales Specialist Location: Remote – India Only Schedule: Full-time, 4.5 days/week, US Night Shift (PST hours) – 10 PM to 7 AM IST (Mon–Thu), Half-day Friday Blazel is transforming founder voices into high-impact content with AI, led by the founder of Vungle ($780M exit) and backed by strong traction. Role Overview: As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll manage and qualify inbound LinkedIn DMs for Zain Jaffer (Founder), engage with high-value prospects, and drive conversations to set sales meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Manage LinkedIn inbox and filter messages • Qualify leads: prioritize founders, C-level execs, decision-makers • Engage prospects with consultative communication • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars • Maintain CRM records and track pipeline Ideal Candidate: ✔ 3+ years in sales, lead qualification, or VA roles ✔ Excellent English communication ✔ Skilled at rapport building and multitasking ✔ Familiar with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM tools ✔ SaaS & B2B sales knowledge is a plus Why Join?
