Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to inactive customers to understand Investment Preference and reason for Inactive.
Assisting Customer to Online Account Opening and Onboarding the customer.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Deep understanding of the In-House & third-party financial products offered by our organization

Requirements:

High degree of diligence and enthusiasm towards work
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent MS Office
Bachelor's degree from a reputed college and/or MBA.
NISM Certification Module: V-A & VII
