Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and calendars.
  • Handle and organize data, including

    data entry, data handling and data mining

  • Draft, proofread and send professional emails on behalf of the Founder or clients.
  • Handle client communication via calls, emails and messaging platforms.
  • Manage and update social media accounts.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and document handling.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in handling

    US-based clients

    and understanding US work culture.
  • Excellent

    English communication skills,

    written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in

    night shifts

    to align with US business hours.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills
