Location: Ropar (On-Site)
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:

We're seeking a smart, organized, and fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our growing team. If you're passionate about communication, organization, and multitasking — this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive foreign (international) client calls
• Manage bookkeeping tasks
• Handle social media accounts (posting, replies, basic content handling)
• Conduct online research and prepare summaries
• Create and manage documents using MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records and reports

Requirements:

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – Must
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online tools
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or admin role is a plus
• Educational background: B.Com / M.Com preferred
• Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Female candidates only
