1. Monitoring & Surveillance Ensure continuous monitoring of school premises through CCTV systems in all 4 branches. Regularly inspect security camera footage for any suspicious or inappropriate activities. Ensure all surveillance equipment (CCTV, access control, alarms) is functional and well-maintained. 2. Staff & Student Conduct Oversight Monitor and report any incidents of staff misconduct, student indiscipline, or violation of school policies. Conduct discreet inquiries into complaints related to harassment, misbehavior, or misuse of school property. Maintain neutrality and confidentiality while handling sensitive matters. 3. Campus Security Coordination Work with security guards to ensure effective patrolling and gatekeeping across all branches. Supervise entry and exit protocols for visitors, vendors, and parents. Check for unauthorized access or loitering in school premises. 4. Compliance & Policy Enforcement Ensure adherence to school policies, child protection norms, and staff code of conduct. Educate staff and students on anti-bullying, anti-ragging, and behavioral expectations. Ensure fire safety norms, emergency evacuation drills, and safety signage are in place and followed. 5. Investigation & Reporting Investigate any reported incidents of theft, fraud, vandalism, or other irregularities. Submit timely, unbiased reports to school management with findings and recommendations. Maintain proper records of all incidents, complaints, and outcomes for future reference. 6. Coordination with Branches Visit all 4 branches regularly to assess and report security and vigilance concerns. Conduct surprise checks to ensure smooth operations and alertness of security staff. Act as the point of contact for all branches regarding vigilance and discipline-related issues. 7. Training & Awareness Conduct awareness programs for staff and students on safety, security, and vigilance matters. Train security personnel and housekeeping staff in vigilance practices and reporting mechanisms. Encourage a culture of honesty, transparency, and responsibility within the school environment. 8. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle all investigations and reports with a high level of confidentiality. Protect the identity of complainants and ensure fair treatment during inquiries.
