Role Overview:

We're seeking a technically brilliant and creatively sharp Sports Content Producer who can deliver end-to-end video production at the level of FIFA, Premier League, and top-tier cricket franchises. This is a high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes sports content, understands the pulse of cricket and football audiences, and can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping digital stories.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Production and Shooting:

• Plan and execute indoor/outdoor sports content shoots across diverse formats
• Live stream cricket, football, and other sports matches on YouTube with professional production quality
• Capture match highlights, behind-the-scenes content, athlete profiles, and event coverage
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and manage on-location production logistics

2.Post Production and Editing:

• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging thumbnails, graphics, and motion design elements
• Produce content for websites, social media platforms, and client deliverables
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting style to different sports and audiences

3.Technical Excellence:

• Leverage AI tools and automation for efficient workflows and enhanced output
• Stay updated on latest editing software, plugins, and production technologies
• Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms and engagement metrics
• Manage video assets, file organization, and backup systems

4.Creative Strategy:

• Understand sports narratives, match dynamics, and trending formats
• Develop creative concepts that resonate with Indian and global sports audiences
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation and execution

Requirement:

• Extensive viewing experience across cricket, football, and other major sports
• Deep understanding of match formats, player dynamics, and fan culture
• Portfolio demonstrating production quality comparable to international sports brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with live streaming setups, multi-camera operations, and OBS/vMix
• Working knowledge of AI-powered editing tools and automation workflows
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Professional Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in sports content production
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines during live events
• Excellent visual storytelling and pacing instincts
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and best practices
