About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer & Photographer to join our team at On2Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content that brings our innovative culinary technology to life. You will collaborate closely with chefs, marketing, design, and R&D teams to produce impactful content for product showcases, campaigns, social media, and client engagements.

Technical Skills Required

• Camera handling and shooting techniques with expertise in framing, angles, stabilization, and raw footage capture.
• Lighting knowledge and setup for diverse shooting environments.
• Video editing proficiency with speed, creativity, and precision in producing final outputs.
• Strong photography skills with focus on composition, sharpness, and color accuracy.
• Sound recording and audio synchronization with video.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Storyboarding and creativity in conceptualizing shoots, building narratives, and visualizing content flow.
• Adaptability to trends, new gear, creative techniques, and editing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership, driving projects from concept to delivery without the need for constant follow-ups.
• Ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality output while consistently meeting deadlines and work volume expectations.
• Maintain strong quality control across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polish.
• Apply problem-solving and resourcefulness in managing on-ground challenges (equipment, environment, or data).
• Take accountability for outcomes, handling both successes and setbacks with professionalism.
• Collaborate seamlessly with chefs, marketing, social media, design, and R&D teams to align on content and campaigns.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form for briefs, plans, reports, and feedback.
• Maintain organized data systems with proper labeling, storage, and accessibility of content assets.
• Understand client/stakeholder needs, clarify requirements, and deliver as per expectations.
• Foster teamwork and creative collaboration while resolving conflicts with professionalism.
