Eazy Naukri is currently hiring for our client on the position of Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content aligned with our brand voice. You will be responsible for editing video from start to finish — combining visuals, audio, graphics and effects to deliver polished videos for various platforms.. Job Title: Video Editor

Required Experience: 1+ Yrs

location - Sector 49, Gurgaon

Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days

Budget: up-to 4 LPA (negotiable for good candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

  Receive and review raw footage, scripts, shot lists; decide on usable content.

  Create rough cuts and final cuts that follow the narrative flow and align with brand / project vision.

  Add audio — including voiceovers, music, sound effects; adjust audio levels; ensure sync.

  Apply transitions, text overlays, graphics, and special effects as needed.

  Carry out color correction and grading to achieve look consistency.

  Optimize video formats for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website).

  Ensure smooth pacing, continuity, and clean flow in edits.

  Organize and manage video files, backups, maintain naming conventions and version control.

  Work collaboratively with directors, producers, the creative team, possibly motion graphic designers.

  Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders.

  Meet deadlines and manage multiple video editing projects in parallel.

  Keep up-to-date with new video editing tools, techniques, software, and best practices.

Qualifications and skills:

  Proven experience as a Video Editor.

  Strong proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.

  Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, color grading, and audio mixing.

  Excellent storytelling sense — pacing, structure, timing.

  Eye for detail (visual & audio), clean cuts, ensuring continuity.

  Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle feedback.

  Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

  Organizational skills: managing multiple files/projects, versioning.

  A portfolio or reel that demonstrates previous editing work.
