Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented AV Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements
• Design engaging reels, stories, promo videos, and motion graphics templates
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to deliver impactful AV content
• Apply techniques like color grading, sound design, transitions, and pacing to enhance final output
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all projects
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and backups efficiently
• Keep up with the latest trends on platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Provide support during video shoots (basic setup, equipment handling, etc.)
  

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Film, Mass Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro; DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing video editing and motion graphics
• Solid understanding of formats, aspect ratios, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing
• Creative mindset with excellent visual and narrative skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Basic sound design skills and knowledge of royalty-free music sourcing
• Prior experience with social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) is preferred
