Role overview

We are looking for an experienced writer who can own YouTube script creation and actively drive conversations around those videos across platforms like Reddit, Quora, X, and relevant online communities.

This role is for someone who understands that good content does not stop at publishing. You know how to frame ideas, adapt tone by platform, and engage in discussions without sounding promotional.

You will work closely with video and content marketers and take responsibility for both script quality and post-publish distribution writing.

What you will do

YouTube script ownership
Write clear, engaging YouTube scripts with strong hooks and structured flow
Collaborate with video and marketing teams to align scripts with audience intent
Iterate on scripts based on performance feedback and audience response

Platform-specific content writing

Create platform native posts for LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Quora
Write thoughtful Reddit posts and Quora answers that contribute meaningfully
Adapt the same idea across platforms without copy-pasting

Community engagement

Participate actively in selected communities where our audience spends time
Respond to comments, questions, and discussions with context and clarity
Build credibility through consistent and value-led participation

Content learning and feedback

Identify patterns in audience questions and objections
Share insights with the content and video teams
Help shape future video topics based on real conversations

What we are looking for

Proven experience writing video scripts or long-form content
Comfort writing for discussion-based platforms like Reddit and Quora
Strong judgment on where and how to share content
Ability to explain ideas simply and confidently
Experience working with feedback and performance signals

Nice to have

Experience working with B2B or SaaS content
Understanding of content distribution and audience intent
Ability to mentor junior writers or reviewers
