A creative role in the Digital Marketing & Creative Agency sector delivering high-impact video and motion content for performance marketing, social channels, and brand campaigns. You will produce short-form ads, social reels, product explainers, and animated assets that drive engagement and conversion across B2B and B2C clients.Location: India — On-site. Primary role title: Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor.Role & Responsibilities

Create end-to-end video assets: concept, edit, animate, colour-grade, and deliver platform-optimised versions for social, paid, and organic channels.
Design and animate motion-graphics (intros, transitions, lower thirds, product overlays) that align with campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and paid-marketing teams to translate scripts and storyboards into measurable video creatives.
Manage project timelines and deliver multiple iterations quickly—implement creative feedback and A/B variations for testing.
Prepare and export masters and delivery assets (different aspect ratios, codecs, and captions) to meet platform and ad-spec requirements.
Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control to ensure repeatability and consistency across campaigns.
