Job Title: Manager / Deputy Manager – Video KYC Concurrent Audit Department: Compliance / Risk / Audit Industry: Banking / Financial Services Location: Mumbai Experience: 2–8 years (preferably in banking or financial services) Prior experience in KYC, Video KYC, concurrent audit is highly desirable. Job Summary: Responsible for conducting real-time and post-facto audits of Video KYC processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. This role involves reviewing video interactions, verifying customer documents, and identifying potential risks or discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct concurrent audits of Video KYC processes to ensure adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms. Review and analyze recorded video KYC sessions for quality, accuracy, and completeness. Verify customer documents submitted during the Video KYC process. ⁠Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations for process improvement. Skills Required: Strong understanding of KYC norms and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and observational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
