As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Brand Manager, to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Designer & Editor to bring our brand stories to life across social media. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging short-form videos, reels, and brand content, combining live footage, motion graphics, and static elements that drive engagement and align with our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Creation & Editing:

o  Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

o  Work with raw/live footage to create polished, storytelling-driven videos.

o  Add animations, motion graphics, and transitions to elevate visual appeal.

o  Repurpose long-format content (e.g., event videos, interviews) into snackable clips.

Design & Static Content:

o  Create supporting visual assets — thumbnails, static posts, GIFs, and story creatives.

o  Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms.

• Collaboration & Execution:

o  Work closely with the marketing and social teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas.

o  Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices.

o  Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

Requirements:

·       2–4 years of experience in video design/editing for digital or social-first brands/agencies.

·       Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent tools).

·       Basic understanding of sound design, colour correction, and animation principles.

·       Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and brand tonality.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to quick turnarounds.

Good to Have:

·       Experience with Canva or Figma for quick static content.

·       Knowledge of 3D or advanced motion graphics.

·       Interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and branded storytelling.
