Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong skill set in video editing and post-production. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand vision. This role requires proficiency in various editing software and an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality output.

Duties

• Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project goals and timelines.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid for video editing.
• Enhance videos with graphics, sound effects, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Perform photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.
• Manage video files through FTP and content management systems to ensure organized workflows.
• Create engaging thumbnails and promotional materials through graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Stay updated on industry trends in video production, motion graphics, and 2D/3D animation techniques.
• Assist in filming and videography as needed to capture high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and Avid.
• Experience with video production processes from filming to post-production.
• Strong understanding of typography, motion graphics, and photo editing techniques.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Maya is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
