About Us

We are a growing e-learning startup bringing the performing arts to learners everywhere. After launching our first vocal training courses in 2021, we’ve expanded into multiple performing arts categories. We’re now building a platform that makes world-class performing arts education accessible, engaging, and community-driven.

We’re a small, passionate team — and we’re looking for someone who loves building order from chaos, thrives in a startup environment, and is excited to help scale a creative education platform.


About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


Video editing & Motionn Graphics:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Apply color correction, audio syncing, visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize video stories that align with brand goals.
  • Organize and maintain a library of video assets.
  • Stay updated with current trends in video content and formats.


Graphic design:

  • Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and branded assets for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Design multimedia content that enhances audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in design aesthetics and brand messaging across all visual assets.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign strategies.


UI/UX Design:

  • Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for website, Learning management systems and mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate user flows and interactions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across all digital products.


Content strategy & Brand alignment:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design outputs align with overall brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Transform abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches to enhance brand presence across platforms.


Requirements:

  • Fresher or Internship experience in video editing, graphic design, and UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Adobe XD, Canva etc.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-disciplinary creative work.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, user-centered design, and branding.
