Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Pallikoodam Edtech. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions across multiple channels including calls, messages, emails, and social media. You will actively engage with both D2C and B2B enquiries, coordinate with the social media team, and maintain lead records to support our sales and marketing efforts effectively. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in the fast-paced and evolving e-learning industry while applying your marketing knowledge in a practical environment.

What We Are Looking For

• A candidate with a background in Marketing and prior internship experience in client communication, lead handling, or digital outreach
• Professionals with up to 1 year of experience or freshers who have completed relevant internships
• Strong spoken communication in both English and Tamil
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English
• Confident in handling calls and client communication
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate engaging content
• Ability to plan, write, and post content independently
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Engage professionally with potential and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, emails, Instagram DMs, and comments
• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls confidently
• Maintain communication that reflects the brand’s tone and voice

Sales and Client Support

• Explain e-learning offerings and guide clients through course benefits and the enrollment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Coordination and Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with the Social Media team to stay aligned with content and campaign goals

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain daily records of calls and communications
• Keep the prospect sheet updated with ongoing conversations, client interests, and follow-up actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
