Instructional Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and process oriented Instructional Designer with around 1 year of experience or a Fresher with basic knowlegde to be part of our team and create engaging learning content in the space of Performing Arts. The role involves designing storyboards, assessments, and digital learning materials, while applying instructional design principles to ensure effective and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials, e-learning courses, lesson plans, and training modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, etc.) to create impactful learning solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and other supporting content for digital and classroom programs.
• Leverage multimedia tools, authoring software (Articulate, Captivate, etc.), and LMS platforms for course development.
• Ensure learning content aligns with curriculum standards and company goals.
• Evaluate learner performance and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
• Stay updated on trends in EdTech, pedagogy, and instructional methodologies.
