The Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience who understands that video is the most powerful tool in marketing today. Your role is to bridge the gap between a creative brief and a high-performing final product.

1. End-to-End Post-Production: Take full ownership of the editing process, including cutting, sound design, color grading, and final rendering.
2. Motion Graphics & 2D Animation: Beyond standard cuts, you will be expected to use After Effects to create dynamic text overlays, transitions, and 2D animated elements that elevate the brand's aesthetic.
3. Platform-Specific Strategy: Tailor content for specific platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Performance Ads), ensuring all technical specifications and safe zones are met.
4. Collaboration: Work directly with our Account Managers and Strategists in the GK office to translate client requirements into "Crazy" good visual results.
5. Asset Management: Organize and manage raw footage and project files efficiently, ensuring we can pivot or update templates at a moment's notice.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within a creative or digital marketing agency.
2. Technical Suite: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is mandatory. Familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator (for asset extraction) is a plus.
3. Creative Intuition: You should be able to "feel" the rhythm of a video. We need someone who understands pacing, beat-matching, and visual storytelling.
4. Professionalism: A strong commitment to deadlines and the ability to handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously without compromising on detail.
5. The "Buzz" Factor: An active interest in current digital trends, memes, and visual styles dominating the 2025 landscape.

Work Structure

• Office Location: GK, South Delhi (In-person)
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays
• Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on portfolio and experience)
