Video Editing Intern

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content — who scrolls reels not just for fun but to understand what works and why. 

What You’ll Do

● Edit short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts, explainers, product snippets) that capture attention and communicate clearly. 

● Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, podcasts) into engaging short-form pieces. 

● Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design to make videos more impactful. 

● Collaborate with the social media and creative team to brainstorm new content formats. 

● Stay up to date with content trends, transitions, memes, and editing styles that perform well. 

● Maintain a consistent visual tone and quality aligned with Collect’s brand. 

What We’re Looking For

● Strong command of editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve). 

● Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media dynamics. 

● Creative mindset — you should love experimenting with new formats, effects, and transitions. 

● Attention to detail — from color grading to audio balancing. 

● Bonus: experience with motion graphics or After Effects.
