Role Description Alpha Films is looking for Video Production & Editing Interns for an on-site, project-based position in New Delhi. This is a wonderful opportunity for students who are passionate about filmmaking and are looking to gain real-world experience in a professional production environment. Interns will work closely with our creative and production teams, contributing to every stage of the process — from camera handling and gimbal operation to video editing, color grading, and motion graphics . You’ll gain hands-on exposure to industry workflows while developing both your technical and creative skills. Key Responsibilities Assist during shoots (indoor & outdoor) — camera operations, lighting setup, and gimbal handling Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms Perform color correction and grading to enhance the final output Create basic motion graphics and engaging visual effects Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand and visual consistency Manage and organize media files and project assets Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during concept development Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a Film, Media, Communication, or related undergraduate program Proficiency or basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) Understanding of camera handling, lenses, and gimbals Familiarity with color grading and motion graphics is an advantage Strong attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in New Delhi (travel and logistics to be discussed later) What You’ll Gain A hands-on learning experience in professional video production Mentorship and opportunity to work on real creative projects with visible outcomes A supportive environment to enhance your technical and storytelling skills Contact us for more details at alphafilmsofficial@gmail.com
