Job Title: Digital Content Creator (Video Specialist) Location: Bangalore Company: Digileem Department: Marketing / Digital Media About the Role: Digileem is looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator who can bring stories to life through engaging video content. From shooting and editing to publishing across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, this role blends technical expertise with creative storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit videos of trainers, students, events, testimonials, and brand campaigns. Should shoot daily videos and photos of trainers and students for social media content. Create short-form and long-form content such as reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes, and educational videos. Edit videos using professional tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, VN, etc.). Manage and upload content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for regular posting. Collaborate with the marketing team to align videos with campaigns and branding. Optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles, tags, captions, and thumbnails. Track content performance (views, engagement, reach) and suggest improvements. Stay up to date with the latest trends in video content and social media. Requirements: Proven experience in video shooting and editing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and video publishing strategies. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.). Creativity in storytelling and visual presentation. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in video content creation / social media. Experience in content creation for educational, training, or edtech brands. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, Instagram Reels strategy, and LinkedIn video marketing. Candidates: Open for both Male and Female applicants. Owning a two-wheeler is a plus for shooting site visits and outdoor projects.
