Video Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Video Content Strategist & Scriptwriter to conceptualize, plan, and write engaging video content. You will be instrumental in identifying video opportunities, shaping our video content roadmap, and then translating those strategies into clear, concise, and captivating scripts that captivate our audience and achieve our content goals.

Key Responsibilities

Video Content Strategy & Ideation:

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to identify video content opportunities, trends, and gaps based on audience insights, keyword research, and business objectives.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative video content concepts and series for various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts).
• Contribute to the video content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of relevant and engaging topics.
• Analyze performance of existing video content to inform future strategic decisions.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling:

Write original, high-quality scripts for diverse video formats, including:

• Educational/informational videos (e.g., renovation guides, design tips)
• Promotional videos and advertisements
• Podcast episodes (for audio and video components)

Viral social media content (TikTok, Reels)

• Interviews and testimonial videos ○ Develop clear storylines, engaging dialogue, effective calls to action, and visual cues within scripts.
• Adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and target audiences, ensuring brand consistency.

Research & Collaboration:

• Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and originality of content, especially for technical renovation topics.
• Work closely with videographers, editors, and marketing managers to ensure seamless execution from script to final video production.
• Revise scripts based on feedback from the internal team and performance insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both video content strategy and scriptwriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking applied to video content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for video.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize video ideas that align with marketing goals and audience needs.
• Strong understanding of various video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram,
• Facebook) and how to strategize content for each.
• Excellent research skills to gather accurate and compelling information.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging video narratives.
• Proficiency in developing video content pillars, themes, and content calendars.
• Strong analytical skills (even if basic) to interpret content performance data.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience with home renovation, interior design, lifestyle, or related fields is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
