Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day academic operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Oversee admissions process, including student enrollment and record-keeping.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve teaching standards, curriculum development, and student engagement.
  • Foster a positive learning environment by promoting teamwork among teachers and staff members.
  • Ensure effective communication with parents through regular meetings and updates on student progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as Headmistress/Vice Principal in an English medium school.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area (B.Ed & M.Ed preferred).
  • Strong understanding of education industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
