Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Execute functional and regression testing across life and pension platforms and downstream systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and cases.
- Perform deep technical analysis and debugging of issues across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with agile teams to ensure early validation and shift-left testing practices.
- Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and defects.
- Use AI/ML tools for test optimization, defect clustering, and predictive analytics.
- Support test data preparation and environment readiness for both cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge repositories.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.

Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of functional testing outcomes within sprint timelines.
- Identification and resolution of defects with minimal leakage post-release.
- Enablement of agile teams through proactive test support and collaboration.
- Continuous improvement of test coverage and test effectiveness.
- Compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
