Role Overview:

The Vice President – Strategic Alliances & Product Commercialization will be responsible for driving MSM Group’s global expansion through high-impact alliances, strategic partnerships, and successful go-to-market (GTM) execution of products and services. This role will lead initiatives that strengthen MSM’s global ecosystem, monetize its intellectual assets, and convert innovative ideas into commercially successful offerings across international education, technology, and workforce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with institutions, corporations, edtech platforms, government bodies, and international organizations.
  • Build long-term partnerships that accelerate market penetration, brand visibility, and product scale.
  • Serve as the face of MSM in external engagements and negotiations related to commercial alliances and collaborations.

Product Commercialization & GTM Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end commercialization strategy for new and existing MSM products and services across education, recruitment, digital platforms, and skilling.
  • Drive pricing, bundling, packaging, and channel strategy to maximize adoption and ROI.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive GTM execution aligned with business objectives.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Sizing

  • Conduct detailed market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity analysis to validate partnership and commercialization decisions.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and monetization models aligned with MSM’s global vision.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to structure deals, implement commercialization plans, and track performance KPIs.
  • Build internal buy-in and alignment for major partnership initiatives and new market launches.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Scout innovative partnership models globally and assess the fit for MSM’s strategic roadmap.
  • Represent MSM at industry conferences, investment forums, and innovation summits to elevate MSM’s brand and thought leadership.

Contracting, Governance & Risk

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance, IP protection, and strategic alignment in all partnership and commercialization agreements.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate alliance performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or product commercialization, preferably in the education, technology, or services sectors. • Proven track record of building and scaling alliances that have driven tangible business results.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, GTM strategies, and B2B/B2C monetization models.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and managing multicultural stakeholders.
