Job Description

As a Sales Strategy & Planning Manager at our client's organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy and annual business plan for the staff augmentation vertical. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy and annual business plan for the staff augmentation vertical, aligned with overall company objectives. - Building, maintaining, and expanding a strong pipeline and book of business across targeted industry verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Technology. - Driving year-over-year growth in revenue and profitability by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. - Working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client staffing requirements. - Establishing and deepening trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. - Overseeing end-to-end sales lifecycle management including lead generation, proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure. - Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performance sales team; setting clear targets, providing strategic direction, and driving accountability. - Monitoring market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and refine go-to-market plans. - Partnering effectively with internal teams including delivery, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. For this role, you should have: - 15-20 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the staff augmentation or IT staffing industry. - Demonstrated success in building and managing a significant book of business, consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets. - In-depth understanding of the technology services landscape, staffing solutions, and client fulfilment models. - Strong client network and proven experience in managing enterprise-level client engagements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals. Preferred qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. - Experience in both entrepreneurial/start-up environments and large enterprises.,
