Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales operations of the organization, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and business growth. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent results. A Sales Manager builds and maintains strong customer relationships, handles negotiations, and ensures a smooth end-to-end sales process. They analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and provide insights to refine sales plans. Additionally, the Sales Manager collaborates with marketing and other internal teams to enhance customer experience, expand market reach, and support overall organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned projects.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and inventory absorption.
  • Handle site visits, close deals, and ensure high conversion rates.

Client Relationship & Customer Experience

  • Handle customer queries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads, manage negotiations, and guide clients through booking procedures.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
  • Prepare regular sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports for management.

Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to increase market reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales

    (residential/commercial).
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Noida and NCR real estate market.
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions and premium clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
