Job Summary

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales operations for plotting/land development projects in the assigned region.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals.
Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local agents.
Identify new territories, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and demand patterns in the region.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, documentation, and customer support teams.
Monitor sales performance through weekly reviews and update management with MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with land documentation, approvals, and company policies.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure repeat/referral business.

Requirements

Minimum 1
5 years of real estate sales experience
, preferably in
plots / land / villa plots
.
Minimum
8 years in team handling
or regional/territory management role.
Strong network with brokers, agents, and channel partners in TN (advantage if familiar with Madurai & surrounding districts).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage field operations, multiple sites, and high-pressure sales environments.
Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.
