Job Description

Drive CA (Current Account) and TFX acquisition numbers for the city.
Achieve revenue targets from Trade Forex, CMS, and fee-based income.
Build and execute strategic plans to strengthen market presence.
Identify new business opportunities across SME, MSME, and mid-corporate segments.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of RMs, BDMs, and Team Leaders.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs.
Ensure capability building through training and field coaching.
Monitor portfolio healthAverage Monthly Balance (AMB), TRV, Trade volumes, and cross-sell penetration.
Ensure retention of high-value clients and deepen relationships.
Drive activation of newly opened accounts and improve product per customer.
Meet key corporates, SMEs, and high-potential clients for large value CA & TFX mandates.
Support RMs during complex deal closures.
Work closely with Channel Partners, Chartered Accountants, and Trade intermediaries.
Ensure all processes adhere to AML, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
Review account opening documentation and conduct audits periodically.
Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure zero deviations.
Liaise with Product, Credit, Ops, TBG and Branch teams.
Work with marketing, analytics, and digital banking teams for campaigns.
Coordinate with senior leadership for strategic business reviews.
