Vice President-Sales

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the network of channel partners, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Roles And Responsibilities - Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals, managing the frontline sales team, and being accountable for increasing sales growth. - Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory. - Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand the network. - Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution. - Monitoring sales performance and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets. - Conducting intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, ensuring fair and honest dealings. - Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. - Fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. - Setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback to team members. Skills And Requirements - 10-12 years of experience required in the real estate industry. - Proven track record of successful sales. - Strong broker network in pan India with a special emphasis on Delhi NCR. - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
