  • Vice President - Sales (Real Estate)The role of Vice President - Sales (Real Estate) aims to provide leadership and strategic direction to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the real estate sector
  • As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business objectives, managing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partner

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies
    • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and tactics
    • Manage and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring successful closure of deals and meeting sales targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales strategies and tactics with company objectives
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking sales performance and making adjustments to sales strategies as needed
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance sales operations and efficiency
    • Recruit , train, and develop sales talent, building a high-performing sales team that meets business objectives

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 15-22 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
    • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans, driving revenue growth and sales targets
    • Skilled in sales planning, sales strategy, client management, market analysis, market research and analysis, performance management, leadership, team management, campaign management, sales and marketing operations, negotiation, and vendor management
    • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and competitor activity
    • Able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams
    • Results -driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and adapting to changing market conditions
