Job Title: Vice President – Sales (Pharma & Diagnostics)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–10 Years (in Pharma / Diagnostic Sales Leadership)

Position Overview:

The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue objectives in the Pharma and Diagnostics domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and a strong network within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and zonal sales teams to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues in the pharma and diagnostics market.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate proactive sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for sales operations.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, ethical sales practices, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven sales leadership experience in the Pharma / Diagnostics industry.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong professional network across hospitals, diagnostic chains, and healthcare institutions.
