Role Overview

The VP – Sales will lead pan-India sales operations with a strong focus on offline channels. The role covers modern sales, general sales and B2B sales, driving local market strength and national growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow across pan-India sales
• Strengthen local market sales and expand national distribution
• Manage and develop a 30–50 member sales team
• Set targets, sales strategy, and execution plans
• Build strong distributor, retailer, and key account relationships
• Review sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
• Travel extensively across India for business reviews and market visits

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in pan-India offline sales within home appliances / consumer durables
• Proven leadership of large, multi-location sales teams
• Solid understanding of modern & general trade
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Mumbai-based or open to relocation
