Job Summary

Vice President Sales & Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    sales, business development, and client acquisition

  • Represent T-Rex in

    strategic client meetings, industry events, and high-stakes negotiations.

  • Provide thought leadership in

    digital trends, campaign innovation, and strategic marketing insights.

  • Mentor and motivate a

    sales and account management team

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements

  • 12–20 years of leadership experience in

    digital marketing, media, or performance marketing agencies

  • Proven success in

    sales, business development, and key account management.

  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience in

    P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to

    translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Business preferred.
