Vice President Sales F&A

As a Vice President/Assistant Vice President/Director of Sales F&A at Exela Technologies, your role involves driving the domain and offering strategy for the growth of the Finance and Accounts Business Unit. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing a continuous strategic focus to build the sales pipeline by leveraging market connects and contacts for growth. - Collaborating with the BU Head to drive and close large-scale deals based on the strategic roadmap, working with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies. - Facilitating the flow of strategic RFI/RFPs with prospects and market connects. - Coordinating with the Pricing team to develop winning solutions. - Establishing and maintaining close personal contact with top echelon customer contacts. - Interpreting long and short-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. - Managing the overall support of sales personnel by resolving operational issues and ensuring they have the necessary information and documentation. - Managing the communication flow between sales and other functional groups regarding operations and administration of the sales function. - Representing the company as the senior staff member regarding operational issues or programs at key meetings. Preferred Skills for this role are: - Candidates from BIG4s & Consulting with a mid-level aspiration to drive a larger agenda in their roles are strongly preferred. - You should have 18-20 years of strong Strategy & Sales background with a proven track record of closing F&A deals for larger customers for at least 10-15 years. - Demonstrable past wins in the F&A domain are essential. - Strong industry connects that can lead to deal closures within one quarter. - Strong leadership and management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication & inter-personal skills. - Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
