Job Description

To lead and drive the overall sales growth and operational excellence of the facility management business by developing strategic business plans, expanding client base, ensuring service quality, and achieving profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities in integrated facility management (IFM), housekeeping, MEP services, pest control, security, landscaping, etc.Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional customers. Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closure of deals. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services across multiple sites. Ensure high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with SLAs. Monitor site performance, manpower deployment, consumables management, and cost control. Implement best practices, operational processes, and systems for improved efficiency. Coordinate with procurement, HR, and finance for seamless service execution. Strategic Leadership Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and annual budgets. Drive organizational goals through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and sustainability. Lead initiatives for technology integration and digital transformation in operations. People Management Lead, motivate, and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve performance excellence. Develop leadership pipeline by identifying and grooming high-potential employees. Conduct periodic reviews and ensure training and development programs for staff. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of monthly/annual sales and profitability targets. Customer satisfaction and retention rates.Operational efficiency and SLA compliance.Cost optimization and resource utilization.Employee performance and team growth.Qualifications & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, or Facility Management.Minimum 12–18 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in sales, business development, and large-scale operations management.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.Salary:Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
