Job Title: VP - Plant Operations

Job Brief:

- We are looking for an experienced VP - Plant Operations to lead operations across 2 - 3 plants.

- You will be fully responsible for plant performance, including profitability, on-time supply, capacity utilisation, yield, quality, and logistics.

- This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage complete plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and timely delivery.

- Oversee the P&L for each plant and maintain profitability.

- Ensure optimal capacity utilisation and yield across plants.

- Manage logistics and supply chain for smooth operations.

- Supervise Plant Heads at each location and support them in achieving targets.

- Implement quality control and maintain high standards for products.

- Monitor workforce efficiency and adherence to safety and operational procedures.

- Report on plant performance, challenges, and improvements to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding working days and safety.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Production, or a relevant field.

- Proven experience in managing plant operations in Brass and Zinc is a Must.

- Strong understanding of P&L, production planning, quality control, and logistics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in multiple plant locations and manage teams effectively.
