Vice President Operations

Key Responsibilities

● Operational Leadership:

○ Lead and manage 200+ team members across operations, technology, AI, and

other functions.

○ Build and optimize systems and workflows that enable scale and efficiency.

● Client Delivery & Quality:

○ Ensure 100% adherence to client commitments—on time, with world-class

quality.

○ Define and maintain delivery benchmarks aligned with global expectations.

● Cross-Functional Leadership:

○ Align technology, AI, and creative operations to deliver seamless client solutions.

○ Partner with product, tech, and client-facing teams for continuous improvement.

● People & Culture:

○ Inspire, mentor, and grow high-performance teams across multiple functions.

○ Drive a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.

● Scaling & Growth:

○ Anticipate challenges of a scaling business and design solutions proactively.

○ Implement performance-driven KPIs and metrics to ensure efficiency.

● International Client Engagement:

○ Manage and nurture relationships with global clients, understanding cultural and

business nuances.

○ Drive delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across regions.

● Strategic Leadership:

○ Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define operational strategy.

○ Act as a key driver in Flixstock’s journey from high-growth to global scale.

What We’re Looking For

● 10–15 years of professional experience with at least 4–5 years in a high-growth

start-up / scale-up environment.

● Proven track record of leading large teams (150+ people) across multiple functions.

● Strong operational and strategic leadership skills with the ability to balance scale and

speed.

● Hands-on experience with international clients and global delivery standards.

● Experience in technology and/or AI-driven environments is a strong advantage.

● High resilience and adaptability to manage 24/7 operations.

● Energetic, ambitious leader with a builder’s mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced,

evolving setups.
