Role Overview:

Vice President of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business promotion strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

- Lead and manage the business promotion team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.

- Prepare and present regular reports on business promotion activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Experience in related field

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or a related role, with at least 10 years in a leadership position.

- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in electrical/instrumentation, Marketing, or a related field.

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
