Vice President of Risk

Responsibilities will include …

▪ Creating policies for merchant loans, personal loans, consumption loans through bureau & alternate data

▪ Engaging with partners to assess quality of top of funnel on a regular basis

▪ Driving Risk & business through analytics & insights

▪ Overall Portfolio Risk monitoring and performance review

▪ Ensuring to conduct specific monitoring of portfolio, analyzing existing customer base and delinquencies levels

▪ Formulation of Risk strategy and come up with customer segmentation on various risk profiles/cohorts to enhance the policies

▪ Engaged in identifying and analyzing Non-Starters /Skip/ NPA Analysis

▪ Collaborating with relevant stakeholders including partners, Business Team, Operations, tech and other support team to understand the portfolio quality and come up with risk mitigations

▪ Provide timely and meaningful business analysis for strategic and relevant topics for Management and Board

▪ Overall ensuring full management and governance of Credit Risk Polices and related regulatory requirements and deliverables

▪ Engaged in regular Portfolio Quality Review, identifying and gathering all critical information, preparing special report and suggesting risk mitigation strategies as a part of regular and ad hoc presentation

▪ Ensuring timely delivery of all the portfolio related investors requirement from Treasury, Strategy, finance.

Addressing to investor’s queries on Risk and Portfolio aspects

▪ Responsible for assessing & refining ECL methodology and closely track Credit Cost

Qualification & Experience

● B.TECH/ M.TECH/MBA (Finance/Analytics)

● Experience of 8-12 Years

● Experience in Banking/NBFC – Lending Business

Skills & know-how

● Strong Analytical skill

● Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

● SQL/Python

● Capability to take prompt decision

● Should have expertise in creating analytical Dashboards for Portfolio (MS Excel

based/SQL based)

● Capability to understand the complex issues and come up with mitigants/solutions

● Interact with key stakeholders including Business/Operations/Finance/Collections/LPS

● Ability to work in fast paced and high ambiguous environment
