Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on real estate project launches, branding, and lead generation.
• Project Marketing:

Plan and implement marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and township projects, from pre-launch to post-possession stages.

• Digital Marketing Leadership:

Oversee performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and website management to drive high-quality leads.Enhance brand presence and reputation through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement initiatives.Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommend action plans.Plan and manage ATL/BTL advertising, media buying, and agency coordination across digital, print, radio, and outdoor platforms.Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales goals and customer targeting.Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs and support professional growth.Create, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns.Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and site visits to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (CRM, Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
