About the Role:
Officers IAS Academy, India’s premier civil service training institute led by former IAS & IPS officers, is seeking a dynamic Vice President – Marketing to drive growth across UPSC and competitive exam programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing & admissions strategies to boost student enrollment.
• Manage both digital and offline campaigns (Google, Meta, SEO, college outreach).
• Build brand credibility and PR visibility across India.
• Oversee a team handling lead generation, conversion, and events.
• Collaborate with academic and counselling teams for admission growth.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven experience in education or edtech marketing (growth/admissions).
• Strong in digital strategy, campaign analytics, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and passion for education & public service.
