Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to join us as Vice President Leasing & Mall Operations . The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and result-driven leader with extensive experience in retail leasing, commercial property management , and mall operations . This leadership role demands a high level of business acumen, networking capabilities, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities: Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement long-term leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation across commercial and retail properties. Identify potential retail and commercial clients, conduct site visits, and pitch leasing propositions to national and international brands. Lead the complete leasing cycle — from initial client engagement, space allocation, negotiation of terms, agreement closures, to final possession. Brand Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with top retail and commercial brands, real estate consultants, and brokers. Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities to attract top-performing brands and enhance tenant mix. Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end mall operations including vendor management, housekeeping, security, engineering, and customer service. Drive footfall and enhance customer experience through effective operational strategies and marketing initiatives. Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and seasonal campaigns. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with legal, finance, project, and engineering teams for seamless execution of leasing deals and compliance with company standards. Review and approve lease documents, LOIs, commercial proposals, and CAM structures. Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Ensure timely rent collections, adherence to contract terms, and tenant satisfaction. Monitor lease expiries, renewals, vacancy levels, and suggest corrective action wherever required. Prepare and present detailed reports on occupancy levels, leasing revenues, operational KPIs, and tenant feedback to senior management.
