We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with 45 years of hands-on experience in Extra High Voltage (EHV) power transmission line construction up to 400 kV. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing all on-site execution activities and coordination with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Supervision of tower foundation, erection, and stringing works. Handle Right of Way (ROW) issues effectively with local authorities. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation. Coordinate with clients, especially MSETCL and other stakeholders. Manage site labor, subcontractors , and oversee day-to-day activities. Ensure proper recording of measurements and preparation of subcontractor bills . Liaison with state utility companies for permits, inspections, and smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols. Required Skills Strong understanding of EHV transmission line construction practices. Proficient in preparing reports and coordinating with clients. Excellent skills in manpower handling and vendor management . Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Ability to work independently and handle site challenges efficiently. Eligibility Diploma or Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering. 45 years of relevant field experience in transmission line projects.
