Job Description

Liaisoning Officer

Key Responsibilities

Manage liaisoning activities with
regulatory authorities
,
utility companies
, and
government offices
for project approvals, particularly for
330kV substations
and related infrastructure.
Handle
end-to-end documentation
and ensure
compliance
with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate effectively with
stakeholders
, government bodies, and private entities to ensure smooth execution of utility projects.
Support
design
,
erection
,
testing
, and
commissioning
processes of substation and transmission line projects.
Resolve issues proactively through effective communication and
problem-solving
skills.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
Travel to project sites as needed for coordination, inspections, or compliance checks.

Key Competencies

Strong
liaisoning experience
with
MSETCL / MSEDCL / PGCIL
or similar utility organizations.
In-depth understanding of
substation
and
power transmission
project execution.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal skills
.
Strong
documentation and regulatory compliance
capabilities.
Proficient in
stakeholder coordination
and
project tracking
.
High level of
attention to detail
, with a focus on
quality
and
safety
.
Willingness to travel
across Maharashtra and work in demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in
Electrical Engineering
or a related field.
5–10 years of
relevant experience
in government utility projects or electrical infrastructure.
Hands-on exposure to
liaisoning in EHV substations / transmission line projects
